He is currently working on his solo album called The Trunk. It was scheduled to be released in September 2007 through Cool & Dre's label Epidemic Music and Jive Records, but its actual release date is yet to be announced. It will feature production from Scott Storch, DJ Khaled, Timbaland, DJ Toomp and Cool & Dre. The album will also feature Rick Ross, Dirtbag, Keyshia Cole and Anthony Hamilton.
